Portent's Content Idea Generator
The Blog Post Ideas Generator is nothing else than a random selection (also known as the lottery) of interesting key words combined together. It might be a beginning of a sentence, an intriguing title for a story or a pattern where you just need to fill the gaps. 1000 ways of making an omelette? Sometimes you just need that first spark to figure out the rest. It’s also a nice stretch for your mind when you’re too tired of staying in your own world. Style and Formatting for eBook Uploads
I was given two links that are fantastic and explain the process of uploading your eBook to Amazon and Smashwords.
http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/52
This is a free eBook and has helped many people. But if you know how to format in MS Word, you might not need this guide. It's for those who haven't spent the time getting to know the very powerful things about MS Word and don't want to.
https://kdp.amazon.com/self-publishing/help?topicId=A17W8UM0MMSQX6
This link I found very useful. It gives me parameters in which I can work with. If I have an image, I know what to do. What font is best for uploading? You'll know. Frustrated because you used your tab key instead of learning how to indent in Word? This tells you don't do that. If you haven't a clue as to the last sentence, you'll need the Smashwords link above this one.

Processing Tools/Conversion Tools
Scrivener is software created strictly for writers--of all genre and writing styles. Literature and Latte took the idea of a writing processor and made it what Microsoft Word is suppose to be for writers. There are several tutorials, but I wrote a post about Scrivener HERE. I highly recommend this product and it's been holding at $40 (give or take) which is the best deal I've ever seen for how powerful it is. I use it for converting documents to .epub/.mobi files, which was the reason why I bought it, but when I started working with it, I realized the possibilities. Scrivener has since driven my writing/editing process to new levels of organization I can't get with other writing software.
If you want to know more about Scrivener like, how to use Scrivener OR where to use Scrivener click on this guy --->

Translation
Babelcube is a company that connects authors and publishers with translators. You set your book up on their website and wait for a translator to ask to translate your book. The translators payment comes in the form of royalties. 30% after Babelcube takes their 20%. You need to supply a translated book cover and new ISBN but otherwise Babelcube sets up the book in many platforms of the language in which its translated for. READ ABOUT BABELCUBE OR MY EXPERIENCE WITH BABELCUBE.
Getting Reviews
Night Owl Reviews is an extensive book lovers site that lists gobbs and gobbs of books. It's the metro city of review sites. They have a quality process and sometimes they will not take your book. I was thankfully able to get some books on there...finding those books on the site is a totally different matter. I tried looking under the title of the book, but found it under the author name. Just FYI.
