NaNoWriMo Tip: Eye Rolling
This is not an excuse to eye roll at your nearest sibling...eyes are important for reading, editing and writing. We must take care of our eyes! When the strain of a computer screen presses on and the symptoms of a headache loom, I have a few eye-rolling exercises for you!
All silliness aside, these exercises will help the muscles behind the eyes. Muscles that are rarely remembered. Yes, rubbing your eyes, washing your face and taking a break from the computer screen help, but when you have real eye strain these tips give much needed relief! Keep writing!! Eye-roll away!
