Snow Blood: Season 2 Review

Below is my review of Snow Blood: Season 2. Some people would recommend you read the first book, others say it's easy to catch up. I think it's just a matter of what kind of reader you are. Of course you should read Season 1 because Season 2 is the continuation of the story.

In any case, there aren't many or any spoilers really in my review so it should be safe to read!

Action packed fun! This time Snow Blood has to help Selene. It's a twist and turn of how good intentions can cause disparity between a relationship. What I gout out of it was that sometimes trying to protect your significant other from pain isn't always the way to go.

We want to sheild our loved ones from the things we go through. We want to protect them, and so we do stupid things like...lie, make deals with enemies, go through hell...all to keep the loved one safe. But denying them that part of you, of your life, is shutting them out and that hurts more.

In Snow Blood 2 all the same players have a vital role. Brogio, the angry Italian vampire is back (What, no garlic? I'm Italian! What, no sunlight? I'm Italian! The hell?? I'm Italian...effing Artemis.)


Of course we have Snow Blood and his pack.


Kane the double dealing, sly, romanticist.


Selene, who's turned badass in this book.


Wolves fighting wolves.


Kresniks (people that turn into eagles)


And we get to see a scary side to Brogio never seen before.


Areal battles...


narrow escapes...


and budding romance.


It's a unique story in a class all it's own! Not your usual vampire or vampire story.
