At least twice a year we don't post to the blog to recharge and come up with more ideas for the next six months ahead.
When I attempt to blog everyday the writing becomes stale and I'd rather think, research and bring new opportunities to you than write something that doesn't suit.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving I have much gratefulness in my heart. I love writing and publishing every day. I've learned so much within the past two years about the craft, about preservation, persistence and loving every moment.
Coming up in January it will be two years since Troll River published it's first book, "Luke's Tale: A Story of Unconditional Love". Since then we've grow to eight authors and now very soon we will be announcing a ninth.
The website has undergone one overhaul and another should be coming within 2015. We've continued to bring Marketing Mondays, Tuesday Tools, Whimsical Wednesdays, Publishing Thursdays as well as Friday Fun and hope you'll look around and review the suggestions, warnings and advice over the course of the blog.
In January, we'll begin posting with fresh new ideas, new topics and questions. Thank you so much for your support and supporting our authors!
ACTION ITEM: Click the links and review these post for strategies going into 2015!
Marketing and Marketing Mondays will give you some great ideas and help you know the process before you go in. Or learn that Marketing and Promotions are not always the same thing.
For Unique and useful Tools for every author try Tuesdays Tools.
If you're feeling nostalgic about the past year try Whimsical Wednesdays or if you have a sick and perverted sense of humor try Friday Fun.
If you want to know more about the publishing side, are curious about publishing or what a publisher goes through try Publishing Process Thursdays. Of course if you want to see a publisher apologize or find out what NOT to do in the publishing world, there's always the publishing fail category. Of course there is the Author Resource section in which I'm updating as well.
Then there are our Authors. Check them and their blogs out and see what the process has been like for them!
and have a Lovely New Year! (for only $2.99) We'll see you in 2015!

My efforts are to make this a learning blog where writers can see the flip side of publishing. If you have comments that will improve your experience or have a certain topic you'd like discussed, please contact me through email - HERE.
